This residential community encompasses approximately 607 acres of lush land which is planned to be developed by Lennar and other guest home builders over several years. Upon completion of the build out, Spencer’s Crossing will offer almost 1,793 single family homes built in smaller, quaint villages on lots ranging from approximately 6,000 square feet to more than 20,000 square feet. Spencer’s Crossing will feature a distinctive collection of detached residences with one story and two story floor plans, with architectural styles including Cottage, Craftsman, Spanish, and Traditional.

Homeowners in Spencer’s Crossing have access to an array of shops, restaurants, and entertainment venues. Spencer’s Crossing will offer homeowners access to a variety of amenities including nearby attractions such as the Temecula wine country, several golf courses, and the Diamond Valley Recreation Area. Also, Spencer’s Crossing plans to offer The Club at Spencer’s Crossing, a private recreation center for residents that is currently being designed and will act as the focal point of the community.
